We pride ourselves on using good-quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we can’t always control what happens in transit. Let us know by contacting our support team via Contact Us with some information and photos or videos of the item you received and our shipping label to show how wrong it is. Please fill out the form below:

Between January 17 and January 26, our store will be closed. The online shop will remain “open”, which means we will be able to accept your orders.
Your order may have processing delays during this time since we will be less responsive than usual.
On January 26, when we'll be back on track, we'll deal with any lingering problems.

If we can see in the photo/video it is wrong, we may send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP. We’ll do our best to get this sorted for you.
